## About the Role

Consulting, Consulting, Power BI, SQL (Structured Query Language), Product Development, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Product Lifecycle, Requirements Management, Test Plan/Schedule, Data Visualization, * 8+ years of experience in an analytics-focused role.

 * Strong experience with data preparation, processing, and visualization across diverse data sources.
 * High proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Alteryx.
 * Familiarity with Microsoft Azure environment. Familiarity with and ability to leverage AI to develop and deliver analytics products
 * Strong understanding of data engineering principles and best practices.
 * Experience in root cause analysis and troubleshooting technical issues.
 * Demonstrated problem-solving ability with a curious mindset and experience working in agile environments.
 * Advanced Excel skills, including data manipulation and reporting.
 * Intermediate knowledge of statistical methods and predictive/analytical modeling techniques.
 * Intermediate proficiency in Python programming.

 * Perform ad hoc, business-outcome-driven analytics to demonstrate the value of data and insights.
 * Identify and facilitate opportunities for applying AI solutions to business problems.
 * Contribute to the growth and evolution of analytics capabilities and team skillsets.

Take ownership of the end-to-end development lifecycle of analytics products, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support
