Aufnahme, Analyse und Dokumentation von Kundenanforderungen für IT-Projekte Steuerung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten unter Berücksichtigung der individuellen Kundenwünsche Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams (Entwicklung, Support, Vertrieb) sowie externen Stakeholdern Koordination von Projektphasen von der Konzeption bis zur Nachbearbeitung Durchführung von Workshops, Kundengesprächen und Präsentationen zur Lösungsfindung Sicherstellung der termingerechten Umsetzung sowie Qualitätssicherung und Optimierung bestehender Prozesse
