Eigenständige und professionelle Bearbeitung des 1st und 2nd Level Supports Schriftliche und telefonische Annahme, Qualifizierung und Koordination von Supportanfragen, sowie die proaktive Nachverfolgung der offenen Tickets Dokumentation der identifizierten bzw. entwickelten Lösung und Erstellung der entsprechenden Dokumentation im Ticket-System Betreuung und Durchführung von Installationen der Hard- und Software Verantwortung für die Planung und Begleitung von IT bezogenen Projekten
