## About the Role

* Bachelor's Degree required
 * 4+ years' experience in data-driven marketing - specifically CRM/ email / direct mail / SMS / push
 * Hands-on skills using data and research to guide decisions (proficiency in excel maintaining complex spreadsheets and research tools is advantageous)
 * Experience with client-facing communication (writing and presentations)
 * Experience translating data analysis into applicable marketing recommendations and presentations - proficiency in PowerPoint (advantageous)
 * Prior experience incorporating internal and external feedback on an iterative basis.
 * Experience using business knowledge to identify new business and marketing opportunities.
 * Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Braze experience (advantageous)
 * Experience working on several projects simultaneously that are delivered on time, as well as networking and the ability work with a diverse team.
 * Comfort and experience working within a matrixed organization in roles with a wide degree of latitude.
 * 20-40% travel
