## About the Role

* Practical experience using AI/GenAI tools (code assistants, agentic workflows, AI-driven test automation) in development or testing.
 * A related technical degree required
 * 3+ years (with Master's) or 5+ years programming in Java, C or C++, Python
 * 2+ years developing on the Force.com platform.
 * 2+ years of web development with server-side technologies, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
 * Proficiency in object-oriented design and design patterns.
 * Expertise with web services (SOAP, REST).
 * Strong database concepts and data modeling.
 * Expertise in query languages (SOQL or SQL).
 * Strong fundamentals and mastery of QE processes.
 * Ability to learn and adapt quickly, delivering on multiple projects against aggressive deadlines.
 * Team player who motivates people, instills accountability and achieves results.

Even Better If…

Salesforce Platform

 * Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
 * Force.com platform knowledge (Apex, Visualforce).
 * Salesforce Admin and/or Developer certification.
 * Familiarity with Agentforce, Einstein or other Salesforce AI capabilities.

Engineering and Quality

 * JUnit, Jenkins, Selenium or similar tools.
 * Test-driven development (TDD) and continuous integration (CI).
 * Source control management systems.
 * AI-assisted test automation tools (e.g. self-healing or AI test-generation platforms).

* Plan, design and implement highly scalable frameworks for web applications on desktop and mobile.
 * Design applications together with architects and lead engineers.

AI-Driven Engineering

 * Use AI and GenAI tools (e.g. code assistants, agentic workflows) to speed up coding, code review, test generation and defect triage.
 * Evaluate and adopt AI-based test automation, such as self-healing tests and AI-generated test cases, and measure their impact on quality and productivity.
 * Contribute to or build AI/agent-powered features on the Salesforce platform (e.g. Agentforce, prompt-driven workflows) with attention to responsible and secure AI use.

Collaboration and Delivery

 * Champion best practices in SDLC, Agile and software development.
 * Work with quality engineers, business analysts and product owners for product delivery.
 * Communicate status and risks clearly to the team and manager.
