## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, computer science or a related field.

## Description

As an UX and UI Designer for BIOVIA, you will shape how people use digital products by creating engaging, intuitive, and logical touchpoints. Your key responsibilities will include designing interaction flows, building wireframes and prototypes, and conducting user research. You'll be responsible for ensuring a loveable user experience for BIOVIA MARIE and LEO Competences and Skills as well as Generative Experiences. Some more of your responsibilities include the following:

 * Design flows: Map how users move through apps and websites.

 * Build prototypes: Create low- and high-fidelity mockups to test digital behavior and animations.

 * Research users: Study user habits and test features to solve pain points.

 * Map user journeys: Build user flows, personas, and site maps.

 * Create designs: Draw wireframes and build clickable prototypes.

 * Test and improve: Watch real people use the product to fix flaws.

 * Collaborate: Work with software engineers, product managers, writers and visual designers

 * Identify target user groups and carry out interviews or other types of inquiry to help understand user needs

 * Ensure the creation and implementation of loveable experiences for the BIOVIA user

 * Produce high-quality solutions through flow diagrams, graphic designs, storyboards and site maps

 * Provide guidance on the implementation of UX research techniques and testing activities to assess user behavior

 * Maintain a competitive edge against competitor products and industry trends

 * Perform tests on user interface elements such as CTAs, layouts, target links, landing pages and banners

 * Understand product specifications and user psychology and predict what might work for both
