## Description

* Maintain and support enterprise network infrastructure including routers, switches, data center fabrics, wireless environments, and network access devices.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents, outages, and performance issues while meeting established service levels.
 * Administer Cisco ISE, network authentication services, access controls, DNS, DHCP, IPAM, load balancers, and VoIP systems.
 * Develop and execute network lifecycle plans, upgrades, patching activities, rollback strategies, and capacity planning efforts.
 * Maintain network documentation, inventories, diagrams, and change management records while supporting ServiceNow RFC and CAB processes.
