 * Backup (allgemeine Backup-Tools, Backup-Konzepte und -Prozesse)
 * Erfahrung mit Cluster-Management und Hochverfügbarkeitsarchitekturen
 * Sicherer Umgang mit Shell-Skripting (Bash) und idealerweise Automatisierung (Ansible)
 * Kundenorientiertes Auftreten, Kommunikations- und Beratungskompetenz
 * Sichere Deutsch- (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2)

## Description

Du berätst unsere Kunden strategisch und technisch fundiert beim Aufbau moderner Virtualisierungs- und Backup-Infrastrukturen. Dabei arbeitest du eigenständig, verantwortungsbewusst und im engen Austausch mit unserem Expertenteam.

 * Arbeitszeitmodell: HO möglich
 * Wochenstunden: Vollzeit (40 Stunden/Woche), * Beratung von Kunden bei der Planung und Architektur von Proxmox VE / Proxmox Backup Server Umgebungen
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Administration von Proxmox-Clustern
 * Migration bestehender Virtualisierungsplattformen (VMware, Hyper-V) zu Proxmox
 * Aufbau von Hochverfügbarkeits- und Storage-Konzepten (Ceph, ZFS)
 * Troubleshooting, Performance-Optimierung und Kapazitätsplanung
 * Erstellung von Dokumentationen, Konzeptpapieren und Best Practices
 * Schulung und technische Unterstützung
