 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
 * Führerschein der Klasse B zwingend erforderlich

## Description

* Neuinstallation, Inbetriebnahme und Wartung von IT/TK-Systemen, Netzwerken und Applikationen
 * Störungsanalyse und Entstörung der eingesetzten Kommunikationssysteme
 * Konfiguration und Integration von CTI- und UMS-Applikationen
 * Netzwerkanpassungen und -integration (WLAN, VoIP, Routing, Switching)
 * Durchführung von Kundeneinweisungen und Systemschulungen
 * Umsetzung kleiner technischer Projekte im ITK-Umfeld
 * Erstellung technischer, kundenspezifischer Dokumentationen
