## Description

Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade insurance applications using Java full stack technologies, microservices architecture, and AWS cloud platforms, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.

 * Lead end-to-end full stack development using Java (Spring Boot) + UI frameworks (React/Angular)
 * Define and drive microservices-based architecture and API strategy
 * Provide technical mentorship, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices
 * Design and implement cloud-native applications on AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS)
 * Build scalable RESTful APIs and event-driven microservices architectures
 * Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and performance optimization
 * Define solution architecture, integration patterns, and system workflows
 * Participate in architecture discussions, design reviews, and technical planning
 * Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
 * Integrate with insurance platforms (Guidewire)
 * Implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
 * Ensure code quality through testing, automation, and reviews
