## Description

As a Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Lead, you will specialize in the implementation, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and production support of business processes within various modules. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and deliver solutions that meet their objectives.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Implement Business Processes: Configure, test, and troubleshoot business processes within Goal, Succession, Profile, Recruitment, and Learn modules to meet client business objectives.
Provide Comprehensive Support: Deliver support throughout the project lifecycle to ensure client-expected business results are achieved.
Write Functional Design Documents: Create functional design documents that outline the configuration and customization of the system to meet client business requirements.
Test and Integrate Processes: Test processes and integrate them into the clients' business environment to ensure seamless functionality.
Write Preliminary Reports: Write preliminary level reports using OTBI to support business analysis and decision-making.
This role can be performed from anywhere in the US.
