Acts as the primary escalation point for incidents, leads technical execution of complex IMAC activities, and ensures smooth coordination across teams, vendors, and stakeholders. ob Description : DC Technician (L2)\\\\r\\\\nLocation: Frankfurt (Onsite)\\\\r\\\\nExperience: 5-7 Years \\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nRole Summary\\\\r\\\\nResponsible for managing end-to-end shift operations of the data center ensuring SLA adherence, operational continuity, and compliance with security and regulatory standards.
