Additionally, this job is accountable for end-to-end solution design and delivery.We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Engineer to lead strategic technology transformation initiatives across Commercial Lending Technology. This role provides technology leadership for large-scale modernization programs, AI-enabled business capabilities, regulatory initiatives, and enterprise platform evolution., * Ensures that the design and engineering approach for complex features are consistent with the larger portfolio solution * Define the technology tool stack for the solution and evaluate and adapt new testing tool/framework/practices for team(s) * Enables team(s)/applications with Continuous Integration/Continuous Development (CI/CD) capabilities and engages with other technical stakeholders pertaining to efficient functioning of CI-CD pipeline * Guides and influences team(s) on design and best practices for high code performance -e.g. pairing, code reviews * Provides end-to-end delivery of complex features, including automation, for either a single team or multiple teams, at the program level * Conducts research, design prototyping and other exploration activities such as evaluating new toolsets and components for release management, CI/CD, and features * Works with stakeholders to establish high-level solution needs and with architects for technical requirements * Serve as a senior technology leader for enterprise transformation initiatives, including Credit Loop, AI enablement, regulatory modernization, and platform simplification efforts * Drive end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-workstream programs spanning multiple applications, teams, and business functions. * Lead cross-functional teams consisting of engineers, analysts, scrum leaders, and project managers, providing technical direction, mentorship, and delivery oversight * Champion AI, automation, and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities to simplify processes and improve operational efficiency· * Define solution roadmaps, prioritize investments, and make technology decisions that align with business objectives and enterprise strategy.· * Identify opportunities to reimagine business processes through technology innovation and automation.· * Drive alignment between business strategy, technology investments, and execution priorities.· * Lead complex problem-solving efforts involving multiple platforms, technology teams, and business functions.· P * rovide technical leadership across multiple teams and initiatives without direct organizational authority.· Mentor engineers and emerging technology leaders, helping elevate engineering capabilities across the organization.
