## About the Role

## Description

We CGI is seeking an experienced Systems Analyst with strong expertise in business and systems analysis, requirements definition, digital transformation and exposure to QE practices.

In this role, you''ll have the opportunity to work across business, product, architecture, UX, and engineering teams to understand complex business workflows and system interactions, translate requirements into clear technical and functional specifications, and help deliver modern digital solutions.

This is a Full-Time, On-Site position located in our Cary, NC office.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

. Analyze business and technical requirements to identify opportunities for test automation and quality process improvements.

. Define and promote enterprise testing standards, patterns, and best practices.

. Partner with development, architecture, product, and delivery teams to drive quality engineering adoption.

. Evaluate emerging testing technologies, frameworks, and AI-assisted testing solutions.

. Conduct architecture and design reviews of team-specific testing solutions.

. Assess automation framework designs for maintainability, scalability, reliability, and reusability.

. Provide recommendations on tooling, framework patterns, automation strategies, and CI/CD integration.

. Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, testing, business acceptance, release readiness, and implementation.

. Support testing, validation, defect analysis, root cause analysis, and issue resolution activities
