Du verantwortest die Sicherstellung der vereinbarten Servicequalität sowie die proaktive Kommunikation und Eskalation bei auftretenden Problemen.
Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Servicekonzepten, Serviceverbesserungen und Dokumentationen.
Du wirkst bei Aufbau und Onboarding von neuen Servicevorhaben sowie bei der Service-Transition aktiv mit.
Abschließend bringst du deine Erfahrung bei der Analyse und Optimierung von IT-Service-Management Prozessen und Tools mit ein.
