Preferred Qualifications

 * 3+ years of hands-on experience in financial accounting, corporate accounting, audit, bookkeeping, financial reporting, management accounting, cost accounting, or FP&A with substantial accounting responsibilities.
 * Proven experience preparing or reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
 * Hands-on experience with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, Sage Intacct, Dynamics 365, Workday, or comparable financial systems.
 * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
 * Familiarity with tools such as BlackLine, Bill.com, Ramp, Brex, Stripe, Avalara, Anaplan, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus.
 * Prior paid experience in AI training, data annotation, labeling, RLHF, AI response evaluation, model evaluation, or rubric-based grading is required.
 * Strong written and verbal English communication skills (B2 level or above).
 * Ability to work independently and meet project quality standards and deadlines.
 * Reliable internet connection and immediate availability.

## Description

* Evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs for accuracy, calculations, journal entries, and accounting treatments.
 * Review and annotate financial statements, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close workpapers.
 * Identify accounting errors, misstatements, and inconsistencies and provide appropriate corrections with clear rationale.
 * Assess accounting workflows and financial systems logic across platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, and Dynamics 365.
 * Apply written rubrics to evaluate, rank, and grade AI-generated responses.
 * Create realistic accounting scenarios, examples, and reference answers for AI training.
 * Provide clear, actionable feedback to improve model performance and accounting accuracy.
 * Support financial processes from transaction recording through month-end close and financial reporting.
