## About the Role

* Graduated with a bachelor's or master's degree from an ABET- accredited school in one of our listed preferred majors.
 * Available to start on an agreed upon date between January 2027 and July 2027.
 * Preferred Courses:Steel, Concrete, and Structural Analysis.
 * A solid working foundation with your major's core concepts.
 * Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
 * Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.
 * Ability to be an individual contributor and work effectively in teams.
 * Ability to effectively problem solve.
 * Must be able to climb stairs and ladders at client sites.
 * Must be able to effectively navigate client sites to conduct walkdowns.
 * Must be able to work outside.
 * Ability and willingness to travel for client and company projects and/or meetings.

Interview and Employment Requirements:

 * Completion of pre interview assessments.
 * College transcript submitted for anyone under 1 year of experience post-graduation.
 * Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screenings, ENERCON and client-specific background checks, and annual motor vehicle record (MVR) checks according to company and client policies.
