## About the Role

Develop and support customer integrations by designing workflows across the core product and external platforms such as QuickBooks, Salesforce, and NetSuite. Translate customer requirements into complete solutions, deliver projects on schedule, maintain project documentation, resolve technical challenges, communicate roadblocks, and mentor team members. The role requires API experience across multiple products, scripting expertise, strong communication, adaptability, and attention to detail., * 3-5+ years of experience working with APIs across multiple products

## Description

We are looking for a Senior Integration Specialist who is responsible for the development and support of our integration offerings. This role will entail transforming customer requirements into complete solutions that increase the value our customers derive from our products. There will be numerous opportunities to influence our integration strategy, contribute to best practices, and mentor other team members. We need someone who finds solutions to challenging problems - a team player that is both independently capable and collaborative.
Your Most Important Initiatives:

 * Design and develop workflows utilizing our core product as well as various
 * outside software products (i.e. QuickBooks, Salesforce, NetSuite, etc.) to meet customer requirements
 * Deliver projects within expected project timelines
 * Keep project notes and status updated within project tools according to team processes
 * Mentor team members through solution resolution
 * Communicate with the team regarding any questions, roadblocks, and challenges that arise during project development
