## Description

* Installs consumer-based hardware and software on devices and operating systems.
 * Provides detailed descriptions within internal service ticket system. Follows AIT standards for devices and software.
 * Performs preventive maintenance on authorized company devices.
 * Leads small to mid-size projects and special initiatives within allotted timeframe.
 * Follows and maintains AIT standard operating procedures for field operations. Supports audio-video technology with minimal assistance.
 * Creates and references centralized AIT Field Operations knowledge bases.
 * Performs proficient level repairs for company devices.
 * Works with designated information technology vendors for support.
 * Provides image builds and/or modifications to Senior or ITSS leadership for validation.
 * Provides training and support to relevant staff.
 * Recognizes critical roadblocks and escalates to leadership for resolution.
 * Contributes to maintaining accurate IT inventory using appropriate tracking management software.
 * Other duties as assigned.
