## About the Role

* Experience building dashboards in AWS QuickSight (Tableau or Power BI also accepted)
 * Python proficiency for data transformation and automation
 * Manufacturing or production environment experience (satellite production/aerospace preferred)
 * Experience with Azure technologies and/or Snowflake
 * Relevant certifications (AWS, PL-300 Microsoft Power BI)
 * 3+ years hands-on experience with AWS technologies (Redshift, Glue, Athena, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, Kinesis)
 * Strong proficiency in SQL/T-SQL for large-scale data analysis
 * Experience designing and implementing ETL/ELT workflows and dimensional data models
 * Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Jira, * Experience building dashboards in AWS QuickSight (Tableau or Power BI also accepted)

## Description

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager - Business Intelligence Engineer to design, build, and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions across five operational pillars: Safety, Delivery, Quality, People, and Innovation. This role partners with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex data into actionable insights supporting production targets and continuous improvement., * Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards covering Safety, Delivery, Quality, People, and Innovation KPIs

 * Build and optimize scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using AWS Glue, Lambda, and Redshift for real-time and batch data ingestion
 * Architect data models (star schema, dimensional modeling) in Redshift to streamline reporting
 * Drive end-to-end program execution for BI initiatives - from requirements gathering through deployment
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, supply chain, engineering, quality, safety) to define KPIs and align reporting with organizational objectives
 * Implement automated data quality validation and cleansing processes
 * Conduct training sessions for 200+ end users to improve dashboard adoption and self-service analytics
