Du hilfst Kolleginnen und Kollegen bei IT-Problemen - z. B. wenn der Drucker nicht geht oder das WLAN streikt - und erklärst ihnen, wie sie Systeme richtig nutzen. Wenn etwas nicht funktioniert, gehst du der Sache auf den Grund - Du suchst nach Ursachen und sorgst dafür, dass die Technik wieder läuft. Diese Aufgaben sprechen dich an?
