## About the Role

* 5+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience, including 3+ years in HR technology (HRIS/HCM).
 * Hands-on Workday experience in integrations, reporting, business processes, or security.
 * Experience with Power Platform or similar low-code automation tools.
 * Practical experience using AI or generative AI to improve business processes.
 * Knowledge of system integrations, SFTP/PGP file transfers, and data mapping.
 * Experience with Agile tools, preferably Azure DevOps, and ITIL change management., * Workday certification or experience with Workday Studio/EIB.
 * Experience with benefits integrations, SAP Fieldglass, or travel and expense systems.
 * Familiarity with Copilot Studio, AI agents, Power BI, or SQL.

## Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to support HR applications, primarily Workday, and improve HR technology processes through automation, low-code applications, and AI-powered solutions. This role combines hands-on HR systems support with process improvement and innovation.
Key Responsibilities

 * Support Workday and HR applications, troubleshoot integrations, and coordinate with HRIS teams and external vendors.
 * Manage requirements, user stories, priorities, and deliverables using Azure DevOps.
 * Coordinate system updates, testing, releases, change requests, and audit compliance.
 * Build automation and low-code solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio.
 * Leverage AI tools and agents to streamline workflows, troubleshoot issues, and automate reporting.
 * Develop dashboards, documentation, and process guides while ensuring data security and privacy.
 * Support vendor coordination, project deliverables, access management, and budget tracking.
