## About the Role

Must-have skills: Databricks, PySpark, SQL, Python, Data Quality Automation, and Agile.

 * Strong hands-on expertise in Databricks, PySpark, Spark SQL, and Delta Lake.
 * Strong SQL and Python programming skills.
 * Snowflake expertise, including Snowpark, Dynamic Tables, and task scheduling.
 * Experience building automated Data Quality frameworks (DQxC) from scratch.
 * Knowledge of Great Expectations, dbt tests, Soda, or custom data quality frameworks.
 * Experience integrating data quality checks into CI/CD pipelines.
 * Strong skills in code reviews, performance tuning, and reusable framework development.
 * Healthcare payer domain experience with Claims, Medicare, Medicaid, HL7/FHIR, and PHI/PII compliance preferred.
 * Experience leading Agile teams or SAFe/Pod-based delivery.
