## Description

In this role as a Lead Technology Specialist, you will help shape and deliver innovative solutions that help to improve customer experiences on our machines to address key customer challenges. You will collaborate closely with commercial, engineering, and strategy teams to define product requirements, prioritize initiatives, and develop long-term product strategies. This position plays a critical role in aligning business goals with customer needs and driving successful product outcomes.

What You Will Do:

 * Lead the definition and refinement of strategic goals for In Cab Experiences and AI Assist features, working with cross-functional team members from Commercial, Strategy, Engineering and New Product Introduction.
 * Develop and manage multi-generational product plans aligned to business objectives
 * Establish and manage product line priorities and manage investments
 * Define, document, and prioritize market requirements, product capabilities, and features
 * Analyze market conditions and competitive landscapes to inform strategy
 * Define success metrics and track product performance against objectives
 * Drive alignment across cross-functional stakeholders through clear communication of strategy
 * Collaborate with engineering teams to evolve product roadmaps and ensure execution
