* 3-5 years' experience in AI, digital transformation, consulting or operations

 * Hands-on experience building AI workflows and automations
\n

 * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
\n

 * Ability to translate business challenges into practical solutions
\n

 * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
\n

 * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment, whilst also working autonomously.

 * Technology - Experience with platforms such as Azure, Databricks, Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT or similar.

 * Financial services experience is beneficial but not essential.
