## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.
 * 3-5 years of experience in SAP Success Factors implementation and configuration, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
 * Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of SAP Success Factors functionality, including configuration, integration, and master data management.
 * Experience with other relevant HR applications (UKG, Concur) is a plus.
 * Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both technical and business stakeholders.
 * Solid organizational, project management and analytical skills to support HR systems and projects
 * Language: Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location
 * Preferred candidate has both functional HR knowledge and systems knowledge.

## Description

* We are seeking a highly motivated HRIS Analyst to drive process optimization and innovation within our SAP Success Factors HCM suite.
 * Participate in and lead projects that drive process and system efficiencies, promote data integrity and deliver accurate reporting to key stakeholders.
 * System Administration: Manage SAP Success Factors Employee Central (EC) enterprise application.
 * Support ongoing, mid-year, and year-end HR activities.
 * Module Support: Oversee configuration and support for active modules (e.g., Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Succession, LMS).
 * Release Management: Test, validate, and deploy SAP Success Factors semi-annual upgrades in staging/sandbox environments before production deployment.
 * Data Integrity & Reporting: Build dashboards and reporting to meet HR business partner needs.
 * Establish, implement and maintain data integrity rules and audit procedures to ensure accuracy and integrity of HR system data.
 * End-User Enablement: Develop user guides, conduct HR team training, and configure self-service workflows.
 * Continuous Improvement: Support HR function through continuous improvement initiatives, root cause analysis, and evaluating new modules against business requirements.
 * Ensure efficient utilization of HR system
