* 7 years of IT infrastructure experience, including 2 years of people management.
 * Strong hands-on experience with Azure, Microsoft Entra ID, VMware/Hyper-V, and network troubleshooting.
 * Experience managing hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
 * Working knowledge of AWS, GCP, Linux, and infrastructure monitoring tools.
 * Strong understanding of networking, switches, firewalls, virtualization, and system security.
 * Experience supporting warehouse, distribution, logistics, or manufacturing environments preferred.
 * Ability to independently troubleshoot complex technical issues and support business-critical systems.
 * Must be local to the Philadelphia/Delaware area and available for the required onsite schedule.

 * Support Azure, Entra ID, virtual machines, servers, networking, and infrastructure monitoring.
 * Troubleshoot critical production issues, ensuring system security, performance, and uptime.
 * Support infrastructure across multiple locations, including warehouse and distribution environments.
 * Mentor junior IT staff while remaining actively involved in hands-on technical operations.
 * Manage third-party integrations, vendors, and network infrastructure.
