## About the Role

* 8+ years of software development experience.
 * Strong hands-on experience with Java 21 & Spring Boot 3.
 * Experience with Angular 18, TypeScript, and Node.js.
 * Proficiency with REST APIs, GraphQL, and OpenAPI.
 * Experience with microservices and distributed/event-driven architecture.
 * Strong AWS experience, including AWS Lambda, Step Functions, ECS/Fargate, EventBridge, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and S3.
 * Hands-on with JPA/Hibernate and SQL.
 * Knowledge of OAuth 2.0/OIDC, IAM, and API security.
 * Experience with Docker and CI/CD.
 * Strong debugging and production-support experience.
 * Ability to work hybrid/on-site in Plano, TX (on-site interview required).

Preferred Qualifications:

 * Experience with RxJS, Angular Material, AG Grid, and Module Federation.
 * Familiarity with Terraform, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and Helm.
 * Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and MSAL.
 * Experience with Oracle and DynamoDB.
 * Exposure to GitHub Copilot or AI-assisted development.
 * Background with legacy Java technologies such as Struts 2, JNDI, or WAR/EAR.
 * Automotive industry experience.

## Description

ZipStaff is seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, TypeScript, Node.js, AWS, REST APIs, GraphQL, Microservices, and CI/CD for a global technology services firm.
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience developing, integrating, deploying, and supporting enterprise applications and be comfortable working in a hybrid customer-facing environment. This is a 6-month engagement with on-site interview required.
What You'll Do:

 * Design and develop modern Angular/TypeScript applications.
 * Build Java/Spring Boot and Node.js APIs and microservices.
 * Develop and integrate REST and GraphQL services.
 * Design and support AWS-based distributed workflows.
 * Implement secure authentication and authorization.
 * Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
 * Perform unit, integration, and contract testing.
 * Troubleshoot application and cloud production issues.
 * Support existing Java applications while contributing to modernization initiatives.
