## About the Role

Salesforce.com, Cloud Architecture, Salesforce.com, Cloud Computing, Predictive Modeling, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Customer Experience, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Artificial Intelligence (AI) Agents, Business Operations, * Significant business process, technical consulting, or enterprise architecture experience

 * 3+ years of CRM industry experience (Salesforce platform preferred)
 * Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate processes across disparate systems
 * Understanding of basic UX principles
 * Willing and able learner of new technologies
 * Extremely strong written and oral communication

PREFERRED SKILLS:

 * Expertise providing solution architecture on Salesforce Experience Cloud
 * Salesforce certifications in Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
 * Familiarity with charting tools (e.g., Lucidchart)
 * Experience working alongside designers utilizing artifacts such as sitemaps, detailed mockups, and prototypes
 * Involvement in design or development of custom web components

## Description

* Provide industry best practices and serve as a trusted client advisor
 * Drive requirement gathering and serve as the Salesforce platform expert
 * Work with the client to build out their strategy and roadmap, enabling both quick wins and longer-term strategic goals
 * Leverage Salesforce technology such as Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and Knowledge
 * Provide input on detailed design specifications, infrastructure, and project plans
 * Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions
 * Coach and mentor junior technical and functional team members
 * Follow and understand new Salesforce product and technical capabilities
