Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als IT-Systemadministrator/in, idealerweise in einem IT-Systemhaus, Managed-Service-Umfeld oder in der Betreuung heterogener Kundeninfrastrukturen
Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Windows-Server-Produktpalette, Windows-Clients, Active Directory, Gruppenrichtlinien, DNS, DHCP, Backup- und Monitoring-Lösungen
Fundierte Erfahrung mit Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID / Azure AD und Tenant-Management
Erfahrung mit Endpoint Management, Microsoft Intune, Apple Business Manager und idealerweise Jamf bzw. vergleichbaren MDM-Lösungen
Sicherer Umgang mit macOS- und Windows-Umgebungen sowie Interesse an gemischten IT-Infrastrukturen
Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich IT-Security, z. B. Firewall, Endpoint Protection, Zero-Trust-Konzepte, Sophos-Lösungen, Schwachstellenmanagement oder Ransomware-Prävention

## Description

Als Senior IT-Systemadministrator (m/w/d) bist Du zentrale technische Ansprechperson für anspruchsvolle Kundenumgebungen und übernimmst Verantwortung für Betrieb, Weiterentwicklung und Qualität unserer IT-Services., Administration, Installation, Konfiguration und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung komplexer Microsoft- und macOS-Umgebungen
Verantwortung für Microsoft 365 Tenants, Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Management, Google Workspace, Apple Business Manager sowie MDM-Lösungen wie Jamf
Planung, Umsetzung und technische Leitung von IT-Integrations-, Migrations- und Modernisierungsprojekten bei unseren Kunden
Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung hybrider Infrastrukturen, Cloud-Services, Collaboration-Lösungen und moderner Arbeitsplatzkonzepte
Analyse, Entstörung und Troubleshooting komplexer Störungen - remote sowie bei Kunden vor Ort
Konzeption und Umsetzung von IT-Security-Maßnahmen, insbesondere in den Bereichen Firewall, Endpoint Protection, Zero-Trust-Ansätze, Ransomware-Schutz und Compliance
