## About the Role

Software Administration, Information Technology Software, Software Patches, Microsoft Product Family, Microsoft Windows Operating System, Identify Issues, Software Installation, Software Upgrades, Security Compliance, Performance Metrics, * 7 years in systems engineering or a related field.

 * Experience managing large-scale enterprise endpoint environments.
 * Proven experience with SCCM/MCEM infrastructure.

* Design, support, and manage MCEM infrastructure for patching and maintenance.
 * Collaborate with Microsoft and third-party vendors to ensure infrastructure health.
 * Execute Windows 11 25H2 upgrade initiatives across the enterprise.
 * Manage Office application upgrades, installations, and troubleshooting.
 * Assist with KPI vulnerability remediation for security compliance.
 * Handle end-of-life Office software and hardware transitions.
 * Develop and maintain Intune scripting solutions for endpoint management.
 * Create and maintain Task Sequences for deployments.
 * Perform SCCM client installation and troubleshooting.
 * Conduct routine tasks under supervision.
