## Description

Were looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help define the future of AI-powered, human-led healthcare. This role can be remote, or hybrid for those based in NY/Boston or able to relocate to our in-person office.

Youll carry real ownership over our product, with the chance to shape our engineering org as it grows. Youll work cross-functionally with product, clinical, and commercial teams, and interface directly with prominent healthcare organizations nationwide. Our engineering work spans full-stack web development, data infrastructure, mobile development, and AI/MLOps.

What Youll Do

 * Lead initiatives with Product and Design to ship and iterate on unique product experiences in AI-enabled care that improve patient engagement and outcomes
 * Work closely with our ML research team to bring cutting-edge AI/LLM techniques into clinical care and build them into our agentic framework
 * Improve our physician-facing care platform and integrate AI tooling that increases physician efficiency and clinical capability
 * Architect scalable backend systems, such as health data ingestion pipelines and enterprise client integrations
