## Description

As a Lead Software Engineer reporting to the AVP - Software Engineering, you'll play a critical role in designing and delivering technology solutions that power Nasdaq's platforms and support clients across global markets., * Design, develop, and deliver end-to-end technology solutions - including systems strategy, integration services, and custom application development - for internal and external clients.

 * Lead the full development lifecycle: from architecture and coding through testing, customization, and deployment to meet client requirements.
 * Drive new technology product ideas and strategic product extensions, establishing specifications and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure successful implementation.
 * Partner with infrastructure, network, and systems architects to prepare detailed technical specifications that support scalable, secure solutions.
 * Provide technology consulting expertise across areas such as information security, data strategy, systems architecture, and application integration.
