## Description

The ideal candidate is a hands-on website designer and developer with deep expertise in HubSpot CMS. They will lead the redesign, development, and ongoing management of our corporate website, partnering with marketing leadership to translate business requirements into a high-performing, scalable digital experience. This individual will bring their own design and development expertise while collaborating closely with stakeholders to deliver an exceptional user experience and measurable business results., n

 * Develop the global corporate website and seven regional websites, ensuring alignment with brand and business goals.
\n

 * Oversee all web content updates, new page development, and quality assurance (QA) testing.
\n

 * Build and optimize campaign landing pages using HubSpot CMS.
\n

 * The developer should also be well-versed in mobile responsive design, CSS, HTML, and JavaScript.
\n

 * Proactively make recommendations for SEO & AEO optimizations, lead capture forms, and conversion workflows.
\n

 * Maintain and enhance the CMS and website platform (HubSpot) to ensure peak performance, scalability, and usability.
\n

 * Track and analyze website analytics using HubSpot and other tools to identify traffic trends and conversion opportunities.

 * Measure and evaluate sources of traffic to inform strategy and channel investment.
