The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude, hands-on experience with US Baird, Waterbury Farrel, and Bruderer presses, and proficiency in SolidWorks and Inventor., * Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of deep drawn transfer press operations.

 * Familiarity with geometric tolerancing (GD&T) and blueprint interpretation.

 * Knowledge of basic quality control equipment (comparator, micrometer, caliper, gauge blocks).

 * Ability to forecast time and cost for new tooling projects.

 * Tool and die maker background desirable.

 * Automotive or similar industry experience is a plus.
