## Description

Alderson Loop is seeking two Endpoint Security Analysts to help reduce an enterprise laptop vulnerability backlog. This hands-on role focuses on using CrowdStrike Falcon to identify affected devices, investigate missing or failed patches, and drive remediation through verified closure., n
\n

 * Review CrowdStrike dashboards and reports to identify and prioritize long-open vulnerabilities.
\n

 * Investigate why patches remain missing, including deployment failures, incomplete mitigation, or gaps in compensating controls.
\n

 * Deploy or coordinate operating system and application updates using enterprise endpoint management tools.
\n

 * Troubleshoot remediation failures, validate results, and track outstanding issues through resolution.
\n

 * Partner with endpoint and IT teams to resolve blockers and document root causes.
