## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
 * 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar business/data-focused role
 * Advanced SQL skills with hands-on experience querying and analyzing large datasets
 * Strong experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional and high-level technical specifications
 * Experience supporting enterprise data, reporting, analytics, or transformation initiatives
 * Hands-on experience with data mapping, validation, reconciliation, and data quality processes
 * Experience with reporting and visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Sigma, or comparable BI tools
 * Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery environments
 * Financial services or capital markets experience required
 * Strong understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, and analytics concepts
 * Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and documentation skills
 * Familiarity with Snowflake or other cloud-based data platforms is preferred

## Description

* Senior Data Analyst will partner with business stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business and data requirements
 * Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, process flows, data mappings, and high-level technical specifications
 * Use SQL to analyze large datasets, identify trends, investigate issues, and provide actionable business insights
 * Collaborate with technical and data teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and accurately implemented
 * Perform data validation, mapping, reconciliation, and quality assurance activities
 * As a Senior Data Analyst, you will support enterprise reporting, analytics, data, and business transformation initiatives
 * Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including coordination with business users and validation of delivered solutions
 * Create and maintain business process documentation, requirements, and other project artifacts
 * Manage and prioritize requirements in collaboration with Product Owners and key stakeholders
 * Serve as a liaison between business and technology teams throughout the solution delivery lifecycle
