7+ years of experience supporting data conversion projects, including:

 * Source system metadata analysis
 * Source-to-target data mapping
 * Data profiling and cleansing
 * To-Be data requirements
 * Data synchronization

2+ years of experience working within an Integrated Eligibility System (IES) program in the Fair Hearings and/or Data Management domain within a Health and Human Services (HHS) environment.
Desirable Qualifications:

 * 5+ years of experience with data quality, data profiling, data cleansing, data standardization, and SQL development using:

 * RDBMS platforms such as Oracle
 * Data quality tools such as Informatica Data Quality (IDQ)
 * 3+ years of experience analyzing data and business processes to identify data quality issues and support:

 * Data cleansing
 * Data transformation
 * Data migration
 * Data quality improvement
