* 5+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML engineering, data engineering, or solutions architecture.

 * Proven ability to facilitate workshops, lead discovery, and translate business challenges into technical solutions.

 * Strong hands-on experience with Python, SQL, APIs, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), and modern software development.

 * Experience developing production AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows, or intelligent automation.
\n

 * Strong business acumen, consultative problem-solving skills, and ability to independently navigate ambiguity.

 * Experience delivering secure, scalable solutions from prototype through production.
\n, * Background in technology consulting, forward deployed engineering, or client-facing solutions architecture.

 * Experience with Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, or similar enterprise data platforms.

 * Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, Azure AI Foundry, or Amazon Bedrock.
