## Description

* Providing essential support to the senior operations engineer through hands-on monitoring and maintenance activities, ensuring the platform operates smoothly and reliably for external users
 * Collaborating directly with EDSO customers to actively solicit feedback and identify areas for improvement, helping to enhance the overall user experience and platform functionality
 * Modifying and implementing the network between Amazon and the USMC
 * Evaluating and remediating potential security risks, where identified
 * Providing operations and customer support for all services, to include, but not limited to:
 * Operating System Maintenance
 * VPC Configuration
 * Ansible
 * Amazon Web Services (AWS)
 * SCCA Network Components (Cisco Routers and F5 devices)
 * SCCA firewall (Palo Alto)
