## About the Role

* Education: Bachelor's degree with 9+ years, Master's with 7+ years, or PhD with 4+ years of related experience.

 * Tools & Processes: Expertise with Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Agile Scrum, and CI/CD pipelines.
 * Testing & Optimization: Proficiency with automated testing (e.g., JMeter, Selenium, Jest) and front-end optimization for accessibility and performance.

Desired Qualifications

 * UI/UX Expertise: Experience designing aesthetic, user-friendly, accessible interfaces with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) and a focus on responsive design, A11y compliance, and web performance.
 * DevOps Skills: Familiarity with Jenkins, Terraform, Helm, and container orchestration.
