This role blends advanced engineering expertise with architectural insight and cross-team collaboration. You will build high-performance .NET applications, guide integration across systems, provide technical leadership, and deliver solutions impacting federal scientific and administrative communities., Core Engineering & Architecture

 * Design and develop new features using C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, and modern architecture patterns.
 * Translate business needs into technical requirements and end-to-end solution designs.
 * Build scalable, secure, high-performance enterprise applications.
 * Provide technical leadership across multiple systems and integration layers.

Lifecycle Delivery & Team Collaboration

 * Support full SDLC: design, development, testing, deployment, and sustainment.
 * Maintain and modernize existing applications while supporting new enhancements.
 * Work across cross-functional teams including product owners, QA specialists, and business stakeholders.
 * Manage backlog items including new features, bug fixes, and modernization work.

Modernization, Cloud & DevOps

 * Contribute to migration toward cloud-native architectures in Azure or AWS.
