## Description

Role Overview: This onsite position at 30 Rockefeller Plaza requires a high-level Data Analyst to drive visual analytics and data-driven decision-making. The primary focus is on leveraging Tableau and advanced Excel to transform complex datasets into actionable business insights. Due to the nature of the project and client requirements, a comprehensive 10-year background check (BGC) is mandatory., * Design, develop, and maintain high-impact Tableau dashboards and visualizations to track key business metrics.

 * Perform deep-dive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within large datasets.
 * Utilize advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, Power Query) to clean, manipulate, and model data for reporting.
 * Partner with stakeholders to define data requirements and ensure reporting aligns with organizational goals.
 * Maintain data integrity by identifying and resolving discrepancies across multiple data sources.
 * Communicate complex data findings clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical leadership.
 * Streamline existing reporting processes through automation and improved data visualization techniques.
