s 9+ years in one or more technical disciplines (e.g. architecture, process re-engineering, development, verification)

s 3 - 7 years of experience working on teams in an Agile SAFe development environment

s 2 - 3 years supporting CMS Medicare or Medicaid programs

s Analysis of user stories for impacts to security and 508 compliance

s Collaborating in a multiple contractor environment

s Exceptionally strong communication skills, verbal and written. Includes the ability to effectively communicate complex information to audiences with varying technical and system backgrounds and at multiple organizational levels

Required Education / Certifications:

## Description

s Lead a product team to define and complete program objectives

s Delegate or act as the Scrum Master for the product team

s Collaborate with the RTE to plan releases and sprints, and manage/prioritize the Product Backlog

s Perform business/systems analysis for user stories.

s Refine product backlog based on analysis and collaboration

s Evaluate existing or interfacing systems and provide analysis and recommendations on systems integrations

s Identify modifications and improvements to enhance efficiencies and performance of existing system features

s Identify core business needs and decompose and document in concepts of operation, briefings, and user stories; document business rules and construct use cases and workflow diagrams as needed

s Facilitate meetings between stakeholders, developers, and product owners

s Support testing activities, as needed, including execution of test plans and reporting defects using systems such as JIRA, BigPicture, and Test Rails

s Monitor progress against deliverables, employing effective risk and issue management strategies

s Develop and maintain effective working relationships with CMS stakeholders and other contractors

s As needed collaborate with training team and provide post-implementation support
