Do you have experience in Time management?, * Enrolled in a relevant field of study (e.g., IT, Business Administration, Project Management) with a strong interest in IT Portfolio Management

 * Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
 * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
 * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
 * Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools is an advantage
 * Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
 * Good time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
 * Fluency in English, with German language skills being a plus

## Description

* Assist in building the new IT Portfolio Management team, contributing to increased transparency in project prioritization and alignment with the strategy
 * Support IT product and project managers by creating training materials, templates and answering governance-related queries
 * Prepare, execute and follow up on workshops with business and IT stakeholders
 * Provide project management support for cross-functional IT projects
 * Assist in creating and post-processing communication materials (e.g., SharePoint, newsletters) and decision-making documents (e.g., PowerPoint)
 * Analyze and visually present project and portfolio management-related data
 * Administer essential standard tools for project and portfolio management
 * Regularly audit process adherence based on data quality and identify training needs
