 * SAP HCM Customizing: Du fasst die Systemlandschaft technisch an, nicht nur an der Oberfläche.
 * End-to-End-Denken: Du verstehst, was Deine Änderungen für Abrechnung, Mitarbeitende und Folgeprozesse bedeuten. Fehler hier haben Reichweite.
 * Studium oder vergleichbare Praxis - beides geht. Was wirklich zählt, ist die Tiefe Deiner HCM-Zeitwirtschaftserfahrung. Wer die seit Jahren lebt, ist bei uns richtig.
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) - Fachgespräche mit deutschen Fachabteilungen sind Dein täglicher Kontext.
