## About the Role

* Strong experience in DevOps, cloud, or platform engineering
 * Solid knowledge of Azure, Kubernetes, and OpenShift, including networking and cloud security concepts
 * Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code, ideally Terraform and Python
 * Experience with GitHub Actions, GitHub Enterprise, and CI/CD practices
 * Good understanding of IAM, RBAC, secrets management, certificates, and secure runtime configuration
 * Strong knowledge of observability and AIOps, including logging, metrics, tracing, alerting, anomaly detection, event correlation, dashboards, and automated health checks
 * Hands-on experience with Dynatrace and Splunk in enterprise environments
 * Understanding of AI platform runtime controls such as model access, quotas, rate limits, cost monitoring, and traceability
 * A collaborative mindset and the ability to support technical rollouts and stable operations across multiple environments
 * Very good English skills and good German skills

## Description

* Design and maintain infrastructure-as-code for scalable and automated Zero Ops environments
 * Build and operate platform infrastructure on Azure, including networking, access control, secrets, and certificates
 * Manage reproducible deployments using Terraform or comparable infrastructure-as-code tools
 * Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure, configuration, and platform releases
 * Implement end-to-end observability across logs, metrics, traces, performance, dependencies, user experience, and costs using Dynatrace, Splunk, and cloud-native tools
 * Develop AIOps capabilities such as anomaly detection, intelligent event correlation, automated root-cause analysis, and self-healing remediation
 * Build and operate Agentic AI workloads and shared runtime services on OpenShift, ensuring scalability, resilience, security, and standardized lifecycle management
 * Drive the Zero Ops vision by automating troubleshooting, upgrades, rollouts, capacity management, and operational improvements
 * Operate MCP server infrastructure and implement platform guardrails, runtime policies, model access controls, quotas, and security controls
 * Support reliable platform operations and releases across different environments and organizational units, * Finding effective solutions: You aim for simple feasible solutions. You ensure the efficient use of your team′s resources
 * Strengthening ownership: You delegate tasks and motivate your team to act independently. You create the framework and provide the necessary freedom to enable this
