## About the Role

* 3-5+ years' SimCorp Dimension experience
 * Strong production/platform support experience
 * Experience with incident management and post-incident problem resolution
 * Experience supporting platforms within an Asset Management environment
 * Good knowledge of SimCorp infrastructure including Calc Servers, MUCS, Communication Servers, Message Queues, Batch Services and Aux Jobs
 * Understanding of DFS, Extractors and Batch Jobs
 * Scheduler experience, ideally AutoSys

## Description

We are looking for an experienced SimCorp Dimension Application Support Engineer to provide Level 3 support for a large-scale SimCorp environment supporting a global, multi-asset Asset Management business., * Provide L3 support for the SimCorp Dimension production environment

 * Manage incidents, investigate underlying problems and drive resolution
 * Support and maintain development and test environments
 * Provide expertise around SimCorp setup, infrastructure and operations
 * Understand integrations between SimCorp and the wider technology environment
 * Support global operations and handovers between regional teams
