 * Experience with Agile delivery, ideally including Scrum
 * Experience delivering high-volume, highly available enterprise applications
 * Good knowledge of database systems and design
 * Ability to critically analyze designs and code and provide constructive feedback
 * Ability to create useful, in-depth documentation
 * Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 * Strong proficiency in .NET Core with Angular or React
 * Experience with microservices, Web APIs, SQL, and Kafka
