* Administration und Weiterentwicklung der Windows- und Linux-Serverlandschaft
 * Betreuung der gesamten Netzwerk-Infrastruktur (LAN, WAN, VPN, WLAN)
 * Betrieb und Ausbau von Virtualisierungslösungen (VMware / Hyper-V) sowie Cloud-Services (Microsoft 365)
 * Verwaltung zentraler Dienste wie Active Directory, DNS, DHCP und E-Mail-Systeme
 * Sicherstellung der Systemverfügbarkeit (Monitoring, Backup, Patchmanagement)
 * Analyse und Behebung von Hard-, Software- und Netzwerkstörungen
 * Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von IT-Sicherheitskonzepten
 * First- und Second-Level-Support für interne Anwende
 * Mitarbeit an IT-Projekten und Einführung neuer Systeme, * 4-Tage-Woche bzw. flexible Arbeitszeitmodelle für hohe Work-Life-Balance
